Southbound, Hudson River -- Approaching the George Washington Bridge - New York, NY.

Originally, built as Esso Bay State in 1970 by Halter Marine Services Inc of New Orleans, La. (Hull #258) She is 100(ft) long and 31(ft) wide with a draft of 12(ft), rating at 2,900 horsepower. She was later acquired by Exxon for their inland fleet and was renamed the Exxon Bay State.

When she was acquired by Reinauer in 1993 - 1994 and renamed the Stephen Reinauer.
In 2007, under the guidance of JMS Naval Architects she underwent refitting at Feeney's Enterprise in Kingston, NY this included a small additions to her upper wheelhouse, as well as the removal of her towing machine and her sides were enclosed to add weight for stability she was also fitted with a JAK-400 coupler system and married to the first of Reinauer's 80,000 BBL series to be built at SENESCO Shipyard, the RTC 80.
